This tea has so many different ingredients that are good for you. It combines them all into a convenient package. It's easy to use and pleasant to drink. It does taste a bit herbal, so if you are not used to the taste, add some honey or juice to sweeten it. The dates on the bottom state that it was produced in June 2023 so this is good for 18 months from then, but it will probably be used up way before then. Turns a light golden color after steeping for about 5 minutes.

Took about 3 weeks to arrive. But the tea tastes pretty good, and I suspect it does the body good as my digestion does feel a bit better, especially my bowels. I was tempted to give this 4 stars because of the lateness, and because of the ugly packaging that has pretty much no instructions in English (you have to go to the Amazon page to find the instructions). But because the tea just 'works', I'll give it 5 stars.

I love the natural healthy ingredients in this tea. The taste is pleasant and relaxing and I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels. I feel like I’m doing something good for my body.

Really nice tasting tea, could definitely drink this every day. Very relaxing and feels nice on the body. Not sure if it's nourishing my liver but I feel very comfortable after drinking this tea.
