We have egg sandwiches once a week for dinner. This makes the perfect round egg for English muffin. I have one of the breakfast sandwich makers, but is not so easy to use, hard to clean, and I can only do one at a time. I can do four with this pan.

I admit I have no idea about Asian culture but I purchase this item with an idea I could do the following: In a separate pan I saute, small pieces of spam, onion, green pepper, and mushroom pieces until golden. I then heat up this pan brush with a bit of butter and add a small amount of scrambled egg, then some of the filling I previously sauteed and top with shredded cheese and a bit more scrambled egg. Cook a few minutes then begin to roll as indicated in the instructions until I have an egg roll made for breakfast. I set aside each egg roll; then I wrap them in wax paper then saran wrap (for a good seal) and freeze. Whenever I need a quick filling breakfast I either defrost in fridge night before and reheat in microwave or saute frozen ones in a small nonstick fry pan. Makes a great quick meal. I love this pan for making great even sided breakfast stuffed egg rolls which I make in advance for any family member to use when needed.

Great non-stick coating. I burnt some Turkey sausages and the charred food wiped out with a paper towel. It holds one large egg in each cup, allowing for its expansion while cooking. Flipping eggs is tricky since the sides are at 90 degree angles. It’s easiest to cook the egg scrambled stirring frequently then leave it the final few minutes to form the desired shape. Fits nicely on an English muffin. You can cook one egg, one frozen pre-cooked sausage patty and two halves of an English muffin all at the same time to make a complete sandwich. It works perfectly on my induction range. The pan has no ridge or excess surface to capture any messes not contained in the “cups” so it’s easy to end up with material getting burnt on the stove surface. Flipping pancakes would be difficult due to the steep sides. A soft silicone spatula is a must. I don’t know if anyone might have the skill or utensil to fry an over-easy egg in it. I could be wrong though! It works perfectly to save me money making my own breakfast sandwiches and freezing them for the work week. The handle looks like wood grain but feels like a silicone coating. It’s comfortable and stays cool.

I've no idea what all the whining is about (must be competitors trolling). I make my egg bites with a thin cut of butter and low heat, perfect every time. Washes out so easily, nothing sticks. To serve them I carefully just toss the handle a bit to get them to flip up, and they're out. I look forward to this keto brunch of egg bites and coffee every weekend.

This pan is made well! So easy to make eggs for my kids in the morning! Dishwasher safe, too!
